11:00 AM - Setting (yourself) up for success – key steps when entering the UK by Kevin Rutter (CEO, Goodwille).

12:00 AM - Making international business - by electricity simplified presented by Magnus Rosenving Hjelle (CFO, Elekt)

12:20 PM - TEA was launched by Innovation Norway in London 2013 with a goal to build a portfolio of Norwegian tech companies with global appeal, aiming for one of the strongest growth portfolios in the Nordics within 10 years. Hilde Hukkelberg (Managing Director UK and Ireland, Innovation Norway) will share why TEA is such a powerful program.

12:40 PM - World at work by Dhaval Gore (Partner Director, G-P). Dhaval will present the latest findings on global employment patterns, and how the use of tech is shaping roles and workflows.

1:30 PM - Stella Smith (CEO & Founder, pirkx) is sharing her experience in building a global company. Stella is an entrepreneur, investor and human rights and inclusivity advocate. She is founder and CEO of pirkx, a disruptive force in the global employee benefits industry providing affordable wellbeing benefits to those historically excluded from corporate benefits schemes due to employment status, company size or budget.

1:55 PM - Arvid Vasskog (CEO, SocialScreen). Arvid will share how SocialScreen has acquired international customers from their office in Trondheim. How did they find them and how do they sell to them? At last, how will they become a global player in the years to come.

2:15 PM - Vibeke Schei Solberg (Regional Bank Manager, Sparebank 1 SMN) will present new arrangements for the companies to access funds in the growth phase.

2:30 PM - Coffee/tea and networking.

2:50 PM - Meghna Misra-Elder (Senior Sustainability Manager, London & Partners) will talk about how London & Partners work with Norwegian companies that seek to establish presence in London.

3:00 PM - Jørgen Skogan (Head of Growth UK, Consigli) will present how the company from Norway are building presence in the UK.

3:20 PM - Creating Value from Waste. Christian Hvamstad (Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder, Wastefront) will present Wastefront and how they are building an international company from its origin in Norway.

3:40 PM - Panel discussion on how to build a successful international company. The panel consist of Kevin Rutter, Christian Hvamstad, Arvid Vasskog and Stella Smith. The panel discussion is lead by Vegard.

4:00 PM - Kim Omar Johansen (COO and founder, Vespa.ai) will present Vespa.ai. Vespa.ai deliver a platform powering all kinds of use cases combining AI and data. Vespa.ai has also been a critical component to Yahoo's AI and machine learning capabilities for many years.
